A little about me…

Hi, I’m De’Otta— the heart behind Holistic Harmony Yoga & Herbal Care LLC. This space was created from lived experience, deep listening, and a calling I could no longer ignore.

Holistic Harmony wasn’t born from a business plan alone. It was born from life — from caring for others, from working in the medical field for 20yrs, from navigating seasons of loss and rebuilding, from witnessing how often people fall through the cracks when support is needed most. I saw firsthand how stress, trauma, aging, and illness affect not just the body, but the spirit. And I knew there had to be a gentler, more human way to support healing.

This work is personal to me because I am my work. Every service we offer is rooted in compassion, dignity, and the belief that healing should meet people where they are — in their homes, in their bodies, in their truth.
